About Our Operation

SpinsHouse is owned by a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, with its principal place of business at Elpidas 8, Pyrgos, 4534, Limassol, Cyprus. All gambling services are provided by our parent company, registered at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, The Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under an eGaming License issued by the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. Our company names and registration numbers are not published on our website, and our licence number is likewise not publicly listed. At SpinsHouse, we operate in accordance with the laws applicable to our licence and these terms.

Eligibility and Restricted Territories

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use our services. We at SpinsHouse welcome players primarily from Australia, Canada, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, and Poland. Account Verification

SpinsHouse is not a no-account casino, and KYC procedures apply before any withdrawal is approved. We may request photographic identification such as a passport, driving licence or national ID showing your name, photo and signature, a utility bill no older than six months, and proof of ownership of your deposit and withdrawal accounts, including masked card images or payment provider screenshots. You must submit these documents within five business days of our request, failing which your withdrawal request may be declined and the funds returned to your balance. We may also require phone verification or, in certain cases, notarised documents before processing your withdrawal.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Our accepted currencies are AUD, EUR, and CAD. The minimum deposit is 20 AUD, which is also the qualifying amount for reload promotions. Deposits can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Interac, credit/debit and reloadable prepaid cards, or bank transfer. Our Spinshouse casino processes withdrawals back to the original deposit method on a first in, first out basis. If your deposit method does not support payouts, such as Ukash or paysafecard, we will process all payments by wire transfer, and additional winnings above the original deposit amount are also paid by wire transfer. If additional winnings are below 100 EUR, we may request an alternative account such as Skrill or Neteller.

Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: 100 EUR per request
• Maximum withdrawal: 5,000 EUR per rolling 30-day period; any excess is returned to your balance
• Maximum daily casino winnings: 100,000 EUR per 24-hour period (00:00-23:59 GMT)
• Each deposit must be wagered in full at least once (x1) before we approve a withdrawal
• No extra withdrawal commission applies if your deposit has been wagered at least once; otherwise, processing costs may be charged

We process withdrawal requests within five business days after all required documents have been received and verified. Bank transfers are completed within five business days following processing. We reserve the right to request additional information at any stage of the withdrawal process.

Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive with no bets placed for 180 days, we will deduct 10% of your remaining balance per month until it falls to 10 EUR or less. We recommend logging in regularly to avoid this deduction.

Bonuses and Promotions

At Spinshouse, we offer a Welcome Package across your first three deposits, totalling 1200% up to AU$2,000 plus 180 Free Spins, distributed as 400% plus 30 Free Spins on Wish Granted, 400% plus 50 Free Spins on April Fury, and 400% plus 100 Free Spins on Lost: Mystery Chests. All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of x33, and maximum winnings are capped at AU$2,000. Bonus funds may be used on slots only and must be wagered within 7 days of receipt. Bonus Withdrawal Caps

• No Deposit Bonus: maximum cashout 50 EUR; if no successful deposit was made in the previous 45 days, a deposit of at least 50 EUR is required, with a maximum withdrawal of 100 EUR
• Cashback Bonus: maximum withdrawal is x10 of the cashback credited
• Assurance Bonus: wagering x1, maximum withdrawal x3 of the bonus
• Deposits of 200 EUR or less: maximum withdrawal x10 of the smallest source in play; above 200 EUR, maximum withdrawal is x20 of the smallest deposit
• Voluntary deposit limit: maximum withdrawal x5 of that limit
• Comp Points: maximum withdrawal x10 of redeemed points, capped at 1,000 EUR

We do not credit bonuses if your balance exceeds 1 EUR, if you have a pending withdrawal, or if you already have an active bonus at the time of deposit.
